We chose the street before we chose the flat
Our daughter starts school next September, so we picked the street first and the flat second. Two districts went out of the list the moment we measured the walk with a pushchair instead of on a map.
The agents did not love this. They kept sending us places twenty minutes further out, with a better kitchen and a worse walk, and we kept saying no to the same thing three times.
